Rockery Water Feature & Fencing Project Formby

Welcome to our pondless water feature and fencing project in Formby, phase 2.

Project Phases:

Phase One: Expanding the Patio Area: The initial phase involved extending the existing patio, creating a more spacious and inviting outdoor area. Our goal was to lay the groundwork for the upcoming rockery water feature while enhancing the usability of the space.

Phase Two: Pondless Waterfall Creation: The centerpiece of the project was the pondless waterfall, carefully crafted with natural rocks and sea-washed duck stone pebbles. This water feature introduces a harmonious blend of aesthetics and tranquility, providing an exquisite focal point for the outdoor setting.

Incorporating Natural Elements: The choice of natural rocks and sea-washed duck stone pebbles ensures that the water feature seamlessly integrates with the surrounding environment. The result is a visually stunning composition that mimics the beauty of nature.

New Fence Panels and Posts: As part of the transformation, we installed new fence panels with sturdy posts and base panels. This not only enhances the privacy and security of the space but also contributes to the overall aesthetic cohesion of the project.

Why a Pondless Waterfall?

Low Maintenance: The pondless design eliminates the need for a standing body of water, reducing maintenance requirements and ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Safety: A pondless waterfall is a safe choice for outdoor spaces, especially for households with children or pets, as it eliminates the risks associated with traditional ponds.

Aesthetic Appeal: Beyond its functional advantages, the pondless waterfall serves as a captivating visual element, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the outdoor setting.

Client Satisfaction: Throughout the project, our team prioritized open communication and collaboration with the client to ensure that the final result aligns seamlessly with their vision and expectations.

What Our Customers Say

“Absolutely fantastic! We needed a way to stop water running underneath a poorly designed automatic door threshold into our Property. Abel Landscapes came up for a site-visit and advised on the best, affordable and wheelchair friendly drainage channel, making sure the water runs off down the street rather than into our building. A time amd date convenient to us was agreed. When the workmen came I was very impressed to witness a throrough and professional pre-job brief -all too often have I had it happen that after everything was agreed on site-visit, then the workmen turn up and ask “so what needs doing here?” not having been briefed about the job at all- not so with Abel Landscapes: they were briefed not only with everything that was agreed on during site visit but also the technical aspects and details of execution of the job. It was a joy to hear a proper job brief. Then the work itself was carried out swiftly and extraordinarily neatly. The finished job looks so good and un-intrusive I had to point out to staff that it’s already been done and they were impressed how well it fitted with the look of the front of our building. Most importantly though: it works! The drainage channel keeps the water away from our building and we can finally replace the sodden moss-ridden carpet. Thank you Abel Landscapes! 5 stars all round from communication over design to execution -oh, and reasonable price – I cannot recommend them enough! I would use them again in a heartbeat.”
