Cedar Timber Decking Woolton Liverpool

In this project, we were asked by our customer to replace the existing decking with a more bespoke product like cedar. The existing deck was rotten due to timber posts being in the ground causing the damp to rise through the timber.

We demolished the existing deck and exported it to a skip then we created a new frame installed correctly with none of the timber touching the floor. All the frame was secured in such a way that it would not fail in a long time.

The cedar decking was installed with the boards running left to right in a course bond pattern. We were also installing access hatches to access any drain in the future.
