Responsibilities:

As a Senior Landscaper, you will be responsible for:

1. Project Leadership: Lead and supervise landscaping projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
2. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team of designers, surveyors, and laborers to bring landscaping visions to life.
3. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure overall satisfaction with the finished project.
4. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment. Execute intricate designs with precision.
5. Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
6. Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges during the landscaping process, offering creative solutions to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Proven track record of successful landscaping projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
2. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in hardscaping and softscaping. Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and equipment.
3. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
4. Client-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and meet client expectations.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in execution, ensuring that the smallest details contribute to the overall excellence of the project.
6. Drivers Licence: Must have own licence, vehicle not necessary as we can provide with a van.
